Applicants must be SAP-certified professionals who have completed SAP training after 2018 from a training institute in Singapore and have received an invitation from the institute to join the SAP SEA Career Portal. Aspirants can search for and apply for jobs posted by registered employers.

Functionality and support

  • Registered aspirants gain access to a user panel that allows them to search and apply for jobs posted by employers looking for SAP-certified professionals in Singapore.

  • The jobs are displayed according to the relevant SAP module such as SD, FICO, ABAP, HCM, etc. Aspirants can only view jobs based on the module they have selected while registering on the career portal.

Profile creation and update

SAP-certified professionals from Singapore can apply to become part of the SAP SEA Career Portal by clicking on the URL sent by the SAP Training Partner.

Once aspirants receive the approval mail from the SAP Training and Adoption Team, they need to complete their email authentication on the portal by generating an OTP (One Time Password). They would then be taken to the registration form to set up their password and create their profile.

There are 5 sections that aspirants need to complete – personal details, education details, domain experience, employment details, and SAP training & certification.

  • Personal details include basic information such as name, date of birth, etc. along with upload of the aspirants’ profile image and résumé.

  • Education details cover pre-university level and university-level qualifications.

  • Domain experience showcases aspirants’ expertise with SAP solutions and captures details such as client and project name, description of roles and responsibilities.

  • Employment details shows work history with fields that include company name, designation, industry type, etc.

  • SAP training & certification indicates the skill level, SAP module, type of credentials, certification badge URL, etc.

Yes. Aspirants can review and edit the details submitted in the ‘My Profile’ section of their user panel. A ‘View’ button and associated functionality have been provided to preview the details. There is also an ‘Edit’ button that allows aspirants to make required changes and update the same.

Job discovery and application

  • Jobs are posted by SAP customers registered on the SAP SEA Career Portal, and based on their SAP project requirements.

  • Aspirants can view and apply for jobs in the ‘List of jobs’ section of their user panel. The jobs are displayed based on their relevance to the SAP module that aspirants have selected while registering on the portal. They can review the job details and apply as per their interest.

Aspirants can login to the portal with their credentials and check the status of their job applications by navigating to the ‘Jobs applied’ section of their user panel. This not only provides a list of jobs applied, but also the status of each job application – be it registered or placed.

No. To provide fair and equal opportunities to all aspirants on the SAP SEA Career Portal, aspirants are no longer eligible to apply for other jobs once they have been placed. The functionality on the portal ensures the same.
